Job Description
Our security practice is currently looking for a Strategy Principle Director to focus on helping our clients mitigate cyber security risks using our range of end-to-end security services.
This National Lead role will work across all of Accenture's industry teams, interlock with the strategy & consulting practice, build offerings that drive business growth in Canada and guide a team of security strategy professionals and practitioners.
- As the trusted security advisory for industry security and technology leaders, support their security mandates to protect their businesses through end-to-end security solutions and innovations.
- Help drive business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
- Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for clients across a broad range of Security and privacy capabilities and requirements
- Play a lead role in developing written and oral client proposals
- Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at VP and C-suite level
- Assist in driving overall Products industry Security practice growth
Basic Skills :
- Experience leading interactions and developing relationships with senior security and technology executives and senior management
- Experience and subject matter expertise in business-aligned cyber strategy development and executing security governance and technology risk services (such as, but not limited to : risk management, supplier cyber risk management, security operating models, transformation programs)
- Good understanding of security domains and ability to solve complex cyber security problems
- Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and delivering a broad range of security services for clients
- Experience leading the business development and sales capture process with extensive leadership contacts
- Thorough understanding of end-to-end cyber security programs and assisting organizations tackle the multi-dimensional aspects of cyber risk
- Strong people management skills and passion to attract, grow and retain talent
- Industry recognized Professional Security certification (CISSP / CISM)
Preferred Skills :
- Minimum Bachelor's degree
- Experience working for the Big 5 consulting firms is highly desired
- Knowledge of Security vendors and Security product capabilities
- Ability to lead a team and counsel others is a must
- In possession of, or able to qualify for, Canadian security clearance
