As a Project Manager, you'll lead the development and implementation of innovative services at our Care Centre clinics. You'll collaborate with diverse teams to gather requirements, conduct research, and design services aligned with our business goals.
Your expertise in navigating regulatory frameworks will ensure successful service launches while maintaining compliance.
In addition to these responsibilities, you'll manage project timelines, resource allocation, and budgets. Your role demands versatility, requiring you to switch between strategic thinking, service design and hands-on operational tasks.
Overall, you'll play a crucial role in enhancing the client experience and driving projects towards successful outcomes.
Here's How
- Develop, secure support for, and implement a comprehensive service strategy, focusing on project management aspects such as defining project timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
- Support pricing, bundling, positioning, and product lifecycle management for services we develop
- Collaborate closely with various stakeholders to understand project requirements and effectively navigate through diverse domains, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and emerging players in the healthcare and wellness industry, actively managing project schedules, communication, and deliverables to ensure successful collaboration
- Utilize primary and secondary market research and competitive landscape analysis to inform project decisions and recommend solutions for product enhancements or repositioning, ensuring project tasks align with market insights
- Analyze and anticipate market, client, regulatory, and technology trends, incorporating project risk management strategies and presenting project recommendations to senior leaders
- Develop, own, and maintain a detailed project roadmap and business requirements, employing project management tools and techniques to track project progress and adjust plans based on evolving market and technology trends
Qualifications
You're the missing piece of the puzzle
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in healthcare related service or product development
- Highly creative with a knack for developing clear and concise communications whether that be through Microsoft (MS) PowerPoint, Word, GSuite Tools or during live presentations
- Innately curious with a strong drive to dive into the unknown; secretly, you probably like to think of yourself as something of a detective
- Naturally hypothesis driven and highly proficient in using data to test ideas and develop insights that lead to winning decisions
- Strong leadership skills, including but not limited to building relationships and change management, working through influence, facilitation, and developing and actioning strategy
- Knowledge of financial concepts including revenue, costs and profitability
- Understanding of Agile product management principles
- University Degree in Science, Computer Science or Business Administration - MBA is an asset
- Bilingual English / French considered an asset
