Job Description : We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a receptionist with marketing skills.

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will also assist with marketing activities to promote our brand and services.

Responsibilities : Receptionist : Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or departmentAnswer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional mannerManage incoming and outgoing mail and packagesMaintain cleanliness and organization of the reception areaAssist with administrative tasks as needed.

Marketing : Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Easy Air Sheet MetalManage social media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awarenessCreate content for marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newslettersCoordinate with external vendors for promotional events and materialsMonitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
