As a key player in the growth and development of the product support program, the Director of Product Support Sales will lead a team of Regional Customer Support Sales Managers to develop and execute regional sales strategies and key objectives for their regions.

This position will ensure our Regional Customer Support Sales Managers are held accountable for product support sales growth and customer engagement.

As a leader of our team for Product Support Sales, the successful candidate must have a proven track record in sales management, be dedicated to outstanding customer service, be well organized, and have the ability to lead a highly motivated team.

Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to work with our OEM partner to leverage available resources. The ideal candidate will have a relevant combination of education and experience along with a proven track record in the on-highway truck and trailer product support business.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own overall Strategy and Annual Business plans with objectives to achieve sales and margin growth.
  • Lead team to ensure all of Brandt’s product support initiatives are promoted within the region
  • Manage Sales Processes such as Call reporting, CRM, and target setting
  • Establish key KPI’s for CSA’s and measure on a regular basis
  • Analyze and implement proper coverage for the region
  • Identify and implement Best Practices across the Regions
  • Development and implement CSA Playbook.
  • Develop CSA onboarding and ongoing education program
  • Implement comprehensive succession plan for RCSMs and CSAs
  • Monitor CSA incentive program to ensure it is effective
  • Promote consistent approach for CSA activity while allowing for regional needs
  • Provide feedback on industry trends.

  • Market Intelligence on competition, customers, and segment trends
  • Analyze sales and margin data to identify opportunities
  • Analyze Reports to provide insight and feedback to guide performance of CSA’s and branches
  • Support in development of overall Parts and Service Sales strategy.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships, maintain relationships with key customers at all levels including executive-level managers
  • Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team to pursue and grow the business
  • Be creative, a self-starter, team player, fast learner, detail oriented, and conscientious with a drive to win
  • Ability to travel as needed
