Résumé du travail :

This role will be responsible for managing and supporting CSA Group’s enterprise software applications. This includes technical configuration, development and user support.

Results are delivered through project work, continuous improvement and production support. Objective is to ensure our enterprise applications support all business capabilities & requirements needed by CSA Group, and to ensure the information is accurate, complete, available and secure.

Responsibilities :

Understanding the Business

• Knowledge and expertise of application systems.
• Works closely with business to understand, define and document business & user requirements.
• Identifies improved ways for application systems to meet CSA’s evolving business needs.
• Researches and identifies new application systems to transformationally meet the changing business needs as required.
• Support in the development of test scenarios to ensure system development and changes meet business needs including integration across platforms.
• Protects the company’s information assets

Working Well with Others

• Expected to serve and collaborate across all business functions.
• Close collaboration with other internal IT sub-groups.
• Supports application users by resolving system related problems in a timely manner, with the ability to recognize systematic issues which require further configuration or development.
• Will often be part of multi-organizational project teams of varying sizes.
• Works closely with business to capture business requirements.

Delivering Results

• Responsible for managing and supporting application systems.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects and continuous improvement enhancements, based on area of subject matter expertise, as requested.
• Support production systems to ensure they are operating according to SLA agreements with the business.
• Configures ERP, CRM or integrated systems to meet business needs and priority, ensuring appropriate testing, documentation, approval and communication.
• Ensures appropriate tracking, testing, approval and implementation of system changes utilizing Dev, QA and production environments.

• Uses HSE documentation and reporting system,
• Immediately reports hazards, near misses, incidents, observed unsafe acts and conditions and encourages team to do the same.
• Immediately corrects environmental issues when they are seen
• Participates in corrective action process and resolves audit related actions.
• Demonstrates safe behavior and adherence to procedures
• Completes all assigned training courses, identifies any gaps or areas that require further attention.
• Participates and engages in the HSE program in a positive and proactive manner, including workplace inspections and internal / external audits
• Offers suggestions and participates in problem-solving sessions that lead to overall HSE improvements

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, or degree with 5 plus years of information systems experience.
• Experience with large projects, such as ERP or CRM implementations.
• Experience with production support of application systems. ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
• In-depth knowledge of application systems in a business environment, preferably with Workday and Salesforce
• Fundamental understanding of Cybersecurity and Data Privacy
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle methodologies (eg. Waterfall, Agile).
• Project Management skills preferred.
• QA testing skills preferred.
• Knowledge of COBIT preferred.
• Effective interpersonal and communication skills
