Role: Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle SQL Specialist) Location: Toronto, CA (Hybrid) Job Description:
Primary skills:
• Well-rounded Senior BSA , 5+ years of mandatory experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systems
• Experience in Oracle SQL is mandatory
• Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and/or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment
• Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery
• Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation; strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong process-orientation; is able to see the connections and integrations between different processes and also the bigger picture of how it all fits together
• Technically savvy; able to elaborate the requirements/story points with technical team effectively and contribute in solutioning
• Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/Services
• Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
• Experience in Incident Management and RCA
• Experience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usage
• Experience using Github maintaining repos.
• Understanding of SOA (service oriented architecture)
Secondary Skills:
• Wealth Management domain experience
• Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
• Excellent leadership skills, ability to take initiative and work independently
• Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs
• Experience in Temenos product will be added advantage.
