Role : Senior Business Systems Analyst (Oracle SQL Specialist) Location : Toronto, CA (Hybrid) Job Description :
Primary skills :
- Well-rounded Senior BSA , 5+ years of mandatory experience with strong leadership, worked on complex system interactions and multiple cross-functional systems
- Experience in Oracle SQL is mandatory
- Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate and / or resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment
- Act as the liaison between the technology teams and support teams for product delivery
- Excellent communication, negotiation, facilitation; strong stakeholder management skills
- Strong process-orientation; is able to see the connections and integrations between different processes and also the bigger picture of how it all fits together
- Technically savvy; able to elaborate the requirements / story points with technical team effectively and contribute in solutioning
- Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications / Services
- Manage risks, assumptions and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
- Experience in Incident Management and RCA
- Experience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usage
- Experience using Github maintaining repos.
- Understanding of SOA (service oriented architecture)

- Wealth Management domain experience
- Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
- Excellent leadership skills, ability to take initiative and work independently
- Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs
- Experience in Temenos product will be added advantage.
