Accounts Receivable Clerk
JOIN OUR TEAM The Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for recording, batching, and action regarding invoicing within standard policies.
The role primarily focuses on handling cash transactions and managing accounts receivable on Saturdays and Sundays. The typical workday is expected to be 7-8 hours. Requirements :
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing.
- Assure timely collection of monies due.
- Follow all policies, procedures, and instructions as they relate to accounts receivables.
- Manage cash applications making sure all cash receipts are applied properly.
- Monitor and report on deviations from credit standards.
- Handle and complete special projects as they arise.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in front-office operations is preferred.
- Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Computer skills.
