We are currently looking for an innovative Social Media Manager to join us. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in enhancing our brand presence and fostering strategic partnerships across various social media platforms.

Key initiatives will involve developing and executing social media campaigns, fostering engagement, and cultivating partnerships to amplify our brand's reach and impact.

Passion is key! It all begins with outstanding talent; it all begins with YOU! Job Overview : As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and overseeing the daily operations of all our social media platforms;

including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Snapchat. Your role will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative content strategies and content calendars tailored to each platform.

You will track and analyze engagement on our social channels, using insights to refine strategies and increase follower interaction and community growth.

Additionally, you will foster positive online communities, respond to inquiries, and drive brand advocacy through community management.

Working collaboratively with the marketing and design teams, you will produce compelling and visually appealing content that resonates with our audience.

Responsibilities : Create, manage, and oversee the daily operations of all social media platforms.Craft and implement innovative content strategies and content calendars tailored to each platform.

Plan and post content to the social channels.Track and analyze engagement on our social channels, using insights to refine strategies and increase follower interaction and community growth.

Foster positive online communities, respond to inquiries, and drive brand advocacy through community management.Work collaboratively with the marketing and design teams to produce compelling and visually appealing content.

Collaborate with the Social Media Personality to align content with brand messaging.Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing.

Requirements : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.3+ years experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role ideally for a CPG or lifestyle brand preferred.

In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling.Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

A love and deep understanding of pop culture and social trends.Experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
