Social Media Coordinator
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media, creative, and has a keen eye for detail.
This role will involve managing a monthly social media calendar for various stakeholders, creating engaging content and analyzing performance metrics.
They will also be responsible for the setup of various Paid Social Media Ads. The incumbent will work closely with our marketing team to develop and execute content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Qualifications :
- College degree and / or certificate in Social Media, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media (agency experience preferred)
- Proficiency in major social networks (Facebook, Instagram, , YouTube, etc.) and adeptness in platform-specific content strategies.
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite.
- Proficiency in Canva required; familiarity with other design tools like Photoshop / InDesign is a plus.
- Strong grasp of social media analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Exceptional organizational abilities with a keen eye for grammar and attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills, capable of handling multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and produce engaging content across various social media platforms, including content creation, copywriting, scheduling, publishing, and performance reporting for various stakeholders.
- Execute Facebook Ads setup.
- Analyze content and ad performance, generating reports and offering optimization recommendations to enhance the brand's social media presence.
- Foster and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their objectives and delivering impactful social media initiatives.
- Stay updated on emerging social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Other related duties as assigned by the Marketing Supervisor.
