Job Overview :
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist . As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company and will provide administrative support across the organization.
The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties :
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic information to callers or direct them to the appropriate department
- Schedule appointments and maintain appointment calendars
- Perform data entry and maintain records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficient in using computer software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
