Job Description

The Project Manager, Professional Services will have a wide range of duties, all of which are in the spirit of implementing solutions that enable the business within the Professional Services team.

The Project Manager will play an integral role in anticipating, understanding, and responding to the cross-functional needs of internal teams and clients with the intention of smooth delivery of Assent's services and continuous optimization of internal processes to improve these services.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities

• Own client-facing projects as it relates to the smooth delivery of Assent's services, including but not limited to : Assent's custom solutions, API integrations, self-managed customers, and complex implementations with strategic customers
• Define project scope, objectives, and timelines with relevant technical subject matter experts, utilizing project management tools and principles such as GANTT charts, risk profiling, needs analysis, etc.;
• Establish and maintain relationships with client and internal project stakeholders, motivating them to move projects to completion in accordance to the project plan;
• Organize meetings and facilitate client calls, taking meeting notes and prioritizing tasks within implementation or other client-facing projects;
• Keeps all project stakeholders informed of status and project risks;
• Create and maintain project documentation while looking to standardize project processes when able;
• Serves as a subject matter expert in the solutions provided by Assent;
• Through a consultative approach, uses best practices coupled with in depth knowledge of the Assent software to drive client's to adopt recommended programs;
• Serves as a friendly and professional frontline contact with Assent's clients and prospects;
• Be familiar with corporate security policies and follow the guidance set out by processes and procedures of Assent Compliance.

Qualifications

We strongly value your talent, energy and passion. It will also be valuable to Assent if you have the following qualifications :

• Experience with and knowledge of project management concepts and techniques;
• Approximately 4 years of SaaS account management or professional service experience;
• Ability to work with international stakeholders with tact;
• Experience consulting with Fortune 500 corporations will be considered an asset;
• Formal project management certifications (eg. PMP, Six Sigma) will be considered an asset;
