Le rôle du Gestionnaire de projets, fusions & acquisitions est de planifier, exécuter et de mener à terme tous les projets issus des transactions de magasins et ce, en respectant les budgets et les échéanciers.
Ce rôle implique la coordination des efforts des équipes multidisciplinaire des opérations et du siège sociale afin de livrer les projets selon la planification.
Tâches principales :
Gestion de projets fusions et acquisitions global : Démarrage de projets, suivi d’avancement, identifier les actions correctives, mises à jour du plan de projet et de la cédule.
Planifier et gérer le processus d’intégrations des magasins. Faire la gestion de risque, gestion des intervenants, revue des livrables et Post Mortem.
Évaluation et implantation d’outils de gestion de projets. Évaluer et produire des rapports de suivi pour les intervenants et l’état du projet pour le comité de gestion.
Identifier les opportunités d’amélioration du processus de gestion de projet.
Qualifications requises
Pour vous joindre à notre équipe, il faut, entre autres :
- Baccalauréat ou l’équivalent (atout);
- Avoir un minimum de 5 années d’expérience pertinente incluant la gestion de projets;
- Détenir la certification PMP (atout) ;
- Excellente maîtrise d’Excel et connaissance d’outils de gestion de projet (MS Project) (atout);
- Bilinguisme, français et anglais, oral et écrit car dans le cadre de vos fonctions, vous aurez à collaborer couramment avec des clients internes à travers le Canada.
