Responsibilities
- Work with the Cloud engineering team, IT business partners to create proper IAM roles for specific teams use cases
- Ensure proper policies and AD groups are in place
- Configure AWS Secrets Manager, and document all changes.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or relevant, proven industry experience
- 3-5 years relative experience in securing cloud platforms (e.g. IAM, VPC security, KMS)
- 1+ years hands on support and development experience with AWS Connect
- Being able to review a platform change for infrastructure security concerns, researching potential problems, clearly articulate to app teams what is wrong, and then being able to support application teams from an infrastructure perspective to be able to secure the system
- Experience working with remote teams
- Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) : Connect, DynamoDB, S3, Cloud Formation, Cloud Watch, etc.,Job Title : CCI Amazon Connect Operations Engineer
