Job Description

This is a remote position.

  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Set clear and measurable goals for individual team members and the overall sales team.
  • Recruit, hire, and train top-performing sales representatives.
  • Coach and mentor team members to help them improve their sales skills and close deals.
  • Motivate and inspire your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Track sales performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
  • Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.

Requirements
