We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Bilingual Inside Sales Representative / Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for nurturing leads, managing customer inquiries, and facilitating sales transactions.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills in both English and French, along with a solid understanding of construction equipment and industry trends.

Responsibilities

Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.

Provide product information, pricing, and quotes to prospective clients.

Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and maximizing revenue.

Coordinate Installs, including scheduling deliveries, managing contracts, and resolving any issues that may arise.

Keep abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to inform sales strategies and approaches.

Utilize CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline management.

Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and other company events as required.

Qualifications

Fluent in both English and French, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both languages.

Proven experience in inside sales, and coordination

Strong knowledge of industrial industries.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and colleagues.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving sales objectives..
