We seek a dynamic Account Executive to join our remote sales team. This role is perfect for individuals experienced in managing a high call volume, with exceptional organizational skills, and excel at delivering persuasive presentations.

Compensation : Base Salary of $36,000 with an OTE of $100,000

Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound efforts (call, text, email) each day to Real Estate brokerage companies in Canada and USA
- Qualify prospects, gauge interest, and schedule information sessions
- Collaborate with your team on improving prospecting strategies
- Build relationships with prospective clients
- Create an achievable sales plan and implement the plan with vigor
- Must be great with client communication, follow-ups, and providing client support
- Lead negotiations, address objections, and guide clients through the sales process to successfully close high-ticket deals
- Ability to present to individuals or small groups with confidence and flair
- Analytical, logical, and multitasking skills are a bonus
- Expected to make 80 phone calls per day, generate 40 meetings per month, and close 4 new customer minimum per month
Qualifications :
- Proven success in high-volume call environments, preferably in the Real estate Technology or related industry.
- Exceptional organizational skills, including lead management and recordkeeping.
- Outstanding presentation abilities, with the confidence and charisma to engage and persuade clients effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
