Key Responsibilities :
- Build the HR department from scratch, establishing the foundation for all HR functions.
- Be a champion for employees , fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Develop and implement career paths to promote growth and retention.
- Lead the onboarding process , ensuring new hires are integrated seamlessly.
- Establish, review, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with our business goals.
- Create performance management systems, benefit programs, and employee engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with leadership to support company growth, regulatory compliance, and talent development.
What We’re Looking For :
- Proven experience in an HR leadership role within a manufacturing or related environment.
- Expertise in building HR functions, including policies, procedures, onboarding, and employee development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Knowledge of employment law, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to balance day-to-day HR operations and long-term planning.
