- Lead and manage all aspects of Institutional construction projects - full cycle.
- Maintain a high level of health and safety on the job site
- Coordinating and monitoring the activities of sub-trades, supplies and labor materials
- Creating and updating progress schedules
- Preparing regular job reports for job meetings
- Making sure the job is completed on time and under / on budget
- Communicating with all stakeholders involved
- Resolve any issues on-site.

- 10+ years progressive construction experience mainly with ICI construction management / general contractor firms in the GTA
- Experience completing Institutional construction projects ranging in value from $20M-$50M
- Post-secondary diploma in a construction related discipline
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Knowledge of different construction methods, sequencing, potential problems, and timelines
- Knowledge of relevant construction law and building code
- Asset : Gold Seal, LEED, or PMP certification
