This position reports to the FuturePerfect Program Manager. As a Job Developer, you will be responsible for supporting the participant.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Participant.es development and support (50%)
- Create and lead the orientation of participant.es and workshops;
- Coordinate the placement process of FuturParfait, from job search to support
- participant.es throughout the interview and hiring process;
- Provide professional and personal support to participant.es through meetings and workshops;
- Attend house meetings that take place in the evenings and / or weekends and manage relations between the
- participant.es and interpersonal issues;
- Ensure the smooth running of participants' travel to and from the community.
Community engagement and outreach (30%)
- Foster relationships with new and existing employment partners to provide participant.es with
- interesting and varied investments;
- Seek and promote local opportunities for the development of participant.es according to their circumstances
- at the time they join the program;
- Ensure that participant.es investments are beneficial to both participant.es and employees.
employment partners by conducting on-site assessments throughout the program.
Program administration (20%)
- Prepare homes for the arrival of participant.es and ensure that the inventory of homes is kept up to date in order to
- that participant.es have access to necessary items;
- Provide highlights and challenges overcome through a monthly reporting process;
- Manage and update Katimavik's customer relationship management software (Salesforce).
