Job Summary

We areseeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Global ManufacturingsAssets Technical Solutions Department (ATSD). ATSD is amultidisciplinary organization with interface to technical and insome cases business support requirements of Domestic Refining &NGL Fractionation Admin Area and This Company Affiliates.

Itsfunction caters mainly to the technical needs of GlobalManufacturing operating facilities management and driving theperformances of operating facilities in executing corporateprograms and initiatives towards operational excellence and valuecreation.

Your primary role will be to develop plans and processesto ensure facilities electrical equipment and systems throughoutits lifecycle to reduce safety environmental and economic riskwhile maintaining compliance with all applicable codes andstandards.

You will also be responsible for providing technicalsupport on high priority electrical issues.

Responsibilities :

• Develop and maintain a lifecycle managementprogram and database for critical electrical equipment.
• Manage and maintain the corporate arc flash hazardmitigation program and conduct audits.
• Providetechnical expertise and participate in failure investigations tocapture outcomes and share them with other facilities to eliminaterecurring electrical equipment failures.
• Develop and manage centralized service contracts forcritical assets such as UPS ATS Battery Charger Excitation and MVcables testing.
• Manage the performance ofCogeneration assets and lead technical programs studies andassessments.

Requirements :

• This role required candidate topermanently relocate at Dhahran SaudiArabia.
• Bachelors degree inElectrical Engineering.
• Minimum of 15 years ofexperience in refining / petrochemical industries.
• Preferred experience in performing electrical powersystem studies utilizing ETAP modeling.
• Essential familiarity with electrical maintenance andtroubleshooting practices for industrial electricalsystems.
• Experience with specificationapplication and maintenance of up to 15kV class electricalequipment.
• Preferred knowledge of powergeneration (cogeneration) power distribution and powerautomation.
• Familiarity with electrical safetyarc flash hazards mitigation hazardous area classification powergeneration distribution and protection motors and motor controlsAC / DC systems electrical studies and industry standards (NEC IECNFPA IEEE NEMA API etc.).
