Duties :
- Monitoring their social media sites like Twitter, Facebook and TikTok
- Responding to customer comments on Social Media platforms
- Providing excellent customer service
Requirements :
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Time Management skills
- Highly organized, able to prioritize effectively and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of social media platforms and its capabilities
- Ability to work well under pressure, meet deadlines and effectively manage resources
The Social Media Customer Support team rotates shifts on a weekly basis
Must be able to work every major statutory holiday, aside from Christmas Day and New Year’s Day
Weekend shifts run from 10am to 6pm
Weekday shifts run from 8am to 4pm and 11am to 7pm
Need to have open availability to work within these hours
