Description

As a Supply Chain Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring and mitigating supply exceptions at the country level and driving communications between the commercial teams, customer service, QA, global planners, and logistics teams regarding gaps between inventory and customer demand.

You will follow through with plants to ensure optimal inventory levels are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Global supply planners to align inventory targets based on product prioritization and review supply plans (including shipment tracking) to maintain inventory levels.
  • Work closely with Production plants to develop supply plans that meet customer demand.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels by reconciling demand and supply.
  • Supporting data maintenance; product modification requests and launch requests.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Graphics on product modification requests, rework requirements and display build to mitigate any inventory risks.
  • Act as a liaison between the Supply Chain team and other departments, including QA, Regulatory, and Marketing.
  • Take opportunities to optimize and automate supply chain processes.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Monitor order status and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborates with QA and Finance for inventory destruction, receipts, invoices, returns, etc.
  • Responsible for item set up with 3PL service provider.
  • Manages Inbound Logistics from External Manufacturers to Canadian Border.
  • Develop and maintain a 24-month demand plan for the market based on historical sales data, market trends, and customer insights.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Five (5) years experience in Supply Chain. Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry preferred. Pharmaceutical experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in supply chain management, demand planning, and logistics.
  • Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (CloudeSuite, TXT, Power BI, Oracle ERP or similar systems).
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Power Query)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel techniques and statistical analysis; experience with VLOOKUP / Pivot tables / If statements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
