Our Client isa commercial real estate capital provider with mortgage investmentsacross all real estate asset classes in Canada.
Their equityplatform is focused on opportunistic investments in groundup andvalueadd projects in both Canada and the UnitedStates.
Asa Receptionist with our Client you will play a key role in creatinga welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors.
Your primary duties will include managing the front desk handlingincoming calls and providing administrative support to variousdepartments.
You will be an essential member of the team helpingensure smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding customerservice.
Requirements
KeyResponsibilities :
- Greetand welcome clients visitors and staff in a friendly andprofessionalmanner
- Managethe front desk by answering and directing phone calls takingmessages and handlinginquiries
- Scheduleand coordinate meetings appointments and conference roombookings
- Assistwith administrative tasks such as data entry filing and maintainingofficesupplies.
- Handleincoming and outgoing mail packages anddeliveries.
- Maintaina clean and organizedoffice
- Assistwith special projects and tasks as needed by the managementteam
Qualifications :
- Collegediploma or higher educational qualification ispreferred
- Excellentverbal and written communicationskills.
- Proficientin Microsoft Office Suite (Word ExcelOutlook)
