Our financial client is looking for a Content Designer with knowledge of design systems to join their team for 12+ months, full time hours in a hybrid capacity (currently 2 days / week - downtown - this may change).
As the Content Designer you will be :
- Writing copy and content for their internal teams (primarily designers and developers) detailing how to best use their design system.
- Using your knowledge of UX, design and product design to help the team with strategy on how best to write and organize the copy for the target users.
- Creating easy to consume, accessible copy that speaks to internal employees.
- Performing content audits, as needed.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including designers, researchers, developers and others.
Skills and Experience :
- 7+ years of experience as a Content Designer, Technical or Content Writer or similar title, with knowledge of design, UX and design systems.
- Ideally you have vertical experience in financial or technology.
- A portfolio showing your experience writing user related documents examples could be : software product documentation, Design system user guides or similar.
