Job Summary : We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative specializing in Floors and Vanity to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of flooring and vanity products to residential and commercial customers.
This role requires excellent customer service skills, product knowledge, and the ability to close sales effectively.
Key Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
- Recommend products based on customers' needs, preferences, and budget.
- Provide information about warranties, manufacturing specifications, care and maintenance of products, and delivery options.
- Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Keep showroom and displays clean, organized, and stocked.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
Skills and Qualifications :
- Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role in the flooring or home improvement industry is preferred.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements :
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for extended periods.
Salary :
- $18 per hour + Commissions
