Broker of Record, Agency Executive Director
T3 Sixty is working with a client who is looking for a Broker of Record, Agency Executive Director in Toronto. This is an in-office position.
The Broker of Record, Agency Executive Director is an executive-level growth expert who will be the will be the face of the organization in Toronto.
This person will specialize in real estate, with the primary responsibility to grow the company by recruiting, retaining and helping agents grow their business, as well as overseeing compliance to ensure company success.
Compensation in CAD : $120,000 - $150,000 + bonus ($160,000 - $190,000 OTE)
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Recruit highly productive agents who fit the company culture and consider real estate their career.
- Help top agents with expansion and increased production to meet their personal goals.
- Increase retention by consistently engaging with agents and facilitating agent feedback loops.
- Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company’s listings and all real estate transactions.
- Ensure the brokerage adheres to all company policies and procedures and abides by all local, regional and national real estate laws.
- Work with company ownership and the leadership team to provide an exceptional client experience for the agent and the consumer.
- Consistently monitor market conditions, inventory levels, and stay informed about industry trends, technology and tools.
- Meet or exceed key metrics and outcomes as defined by the company ownership and the leadership team.
- Implement and oversee effective and comprehensive recruiting, retention, coaching, and training opportunities needed to develop the best sales team in the marketplace.
- Monitor compliance and risk management to reduce legal costs and exposure.
