We are at the heart of the bank's digital transformation and are looking for a Scrum Master to join the BAO team, collaborating with business lines in wealth management and capital markets.

Your role :
- In SAFe mode, contribute to the planning, organization, and delivery of functions that maximize value for our various business partners.
- Facilitate the daily activities of an inspiring multidisciplinary team that adheres to best software development practices.
- Diagnose problematic situations and ensure the implementation of solutions.
- Support the product owner in prioritizing and refining activities.
- Assist the manager by proactively raising issues.
- Coordinate deployments with your team members.
- As needed, act as an agile coach for less experienced colleagues.
- Maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators.
- Support your team in managing interdependencies and blockers.

Your profile :
- Well-established experience as a Scrum Master for at least 3 years (desired profile : advanced / principal).
- Bachelor's degree or other relevant diploma in the field, plus over 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and the SAFe framework.
- Proactive, active, and responsive, wanting to help your team deliver.
- Adaptable, collaborative, and strong team spirit.
- Ability to communicate issues, risks, and business objectives clearly.
- Knowledge of Atlassian suite tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Bilingualism in French / English is necessary, as you will interact with partners across Canada and abroad.
