The Customer Service Assistant will possess excellent communication skills, a customer-centric attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role involves engaging with potential and new customers to build lasting relationships through effective communication and provide purchase support through various channels, including in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.

We are looking for an ideal applicant who has : Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. The responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant will include : Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively address customer questions and concerns, and communicating product features, benefits, and pricing information to customers.

Proactively engaging with customers to better understand their needs and recommending appropriate products or services that meet their requirements.

Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience at every interaction.

Accurately and efficiently processing sales orders in Salesforce Assisting customers with product information, orders, upgrades, and account setup.

Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and efficient manner. Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution.
