Litigation Associate
As a LitigationAssociate you will play a pivotal role in our clients legal teamworking closely with partners and senior associates to providecomprehensive legal services in litigation matters.
Yourresponsibilities will include conducting legal research draftinglegal documents participating in hearings and trials and providingstrategic advice to clients.

Responsibilities :
- Conduct legal research andanalysis on case law statutes and regulations relevant tolitigation matters.
- Draft pleadings motions briefs and other legaldocuments for filing in state and federalcourts.
- Assist in the preparation of discovery requestsresponses and motions including managing document review andproduction.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop casestrategies and prepare for hearings depositions andtrials.
- Participate in client meetings depositions mediationsand settlement negotiations.
- Maintain accurate and organized case filesincluding tracking deadlines court appearances and documentproduction.
- Stay informed about developments in litigation practiceareas including changes in laws and courtrules.
- Communicate effectively with clients opposing counseland court personnel in a professional and courteousmanner.
Requirements
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accreditedlaw school.
- Admission to the state bar and eligibility to practicelaw in the jurisdiction where the position islocated.
- 5years of experience in litigation practice preferably in a law firmenvironment.
- Strong legal research writing and analyticalskills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team ina fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to interact confidently with clients andcolleagues.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism integrityand ethical conduct.
- Familiarity with electronic discovery tools andlitigation support software is aplus.
Juris Doctor (JD)degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the state barand in good standing. 2+ years of experience in corporate lawpractice.
Strong legal research and writing skills. Effectivecommunication and negotiation abilities.
