Our business unit based in London , specialized in industrial cleaning , is looking for a Supervisor for a full-time permanent position .

What you have to do :

• Ensure the development of branch activities and the satisfaction of customer expectations;
• Organize, manage, and supervise all operational and financial activities of the business unit, in support of the Division manager;
• Prepare, carry out, follow up and organize the withdrawal of industrial cleaning sites when needed;
• Validate and monitor the proper planning and execution of all activities, defining priorities;
• Organize audits of work in progress in liaison with the Division Manager;
• Ensure good work practices and site safety;
• Prepare and develop various procedures and work instructions;
• Apply and enforce regulations, customer requirements and occupational health and safety (OHS) objectives within the business and on work sites.

Profile

Do you have at least 3 years' experience in a similar position, preferably in an industrial, unionized work environment?

Are you a team player with good communication and leadership skills?

Are you a self-starter with good analytical and synthesis skills?

Are you organized, methodical and able to manage several projects simultaneously?

Are you proficient in Microsoft Office applications?

Do you have a high school diploma?
