Billyard Insurance Group Oakville is looking for CSR to support our growing brokerage. Our CSR position requires a relationship-oriented individual with strong organizational and analytical skills.

You will need to be comfortable in a customer facing role with an emphasis on telephone and computer skills. The ideal candidate loves talking to people and proactively solving issues.

You will be responsible for converting customers into passionate evangelists. Responsibilities :

  • Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
  • Provide knowledgeable answers to clients’ questions about product, pricing and availability
  • Input customer policies within guidelines and compliance
  • Work with internal departments to meet customer's needs
  • Data entry in various platforms
  • Detail Oriented
  • Co-ordinate and follow up on client documents
  • Aiding assigned senior broker with daily administrative and organizational needs
  • Overseeing duties such as drafting documents, collecting & analyzing information, manage incoming correspondence, attending meetings and organizing analytical information for data collection purposes

Qualifications

  • RIBO licensed
  • 2+ years experience in customer service
  • Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects / tasks simultaneously while prioritizing responsibilities
  • Confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite (ie. Outlook, Planner, Word, Excel, SharePoint, etc.)

Required Education :

  • High school or equivalent
