Responsibilities
In this role, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our company, assisting clients with their inquiries, orders, and technical questions related to bearings and industrial parts.
Your primary responsibilities will include :
- Customer Interaction : Engaging with customers via phone and email to provide product information, process orders, and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Technical Expertise : Developing a deep understanding of our products to offer knowledgeable assistance and guidance.
- Order Management : Efficiently managing orders from inception to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment to meet customer expectations.
- Problem Solving : Collaborating with internal teams to address technical inquiries and provide solutions that meet customer requirements.
Relationship Building : Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications
Requirements :
- Previous experience in customer service within the industrial sector, with experience in bearings and industrial parts being a huge asset.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
