We’re excited to announce an opportunity for a Senior Safety and Health Professional in the Ontario Region. If you have experience with Certificate of Recognition (COR), ISO 18001 / 45001, and a drive to be part of a vibrant, well-established team, this role is for you.

As a member of the Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) team, your role will be critical in ensuring the safety of people, clients, and the broader community across diverse projects, including construction, landfill, mining, and municipal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist in delivering the HSE Management System.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate HSE prevention programs and occupational health and safety tools.
  • Lead the maintenance of the Certificate of Recognition (COR) in Ontario, including audits.
  • Direct regional HSE training programs, including onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Conduct job safety analyses, audits, and incident investigations.
  • Manage regional incident reports and work-related injury claims.
  • Facilitate crisis and emergency management programs and ensure occupational health monitoring.

What You’ll Bring :

  • Degree or Diploma in Safety or related field, or significant experience.
  • 8-10 years of health and safety experience, ideally in construction, environmental, or consulting sectors.
  • Experience with COR / ISO 18001 / 45001, and familiarity with HSE Management Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Canadian occupational health and safety laws and standards.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
