Description :

• Creationof functional and technical specifications for database developmentanalyze requirements and help project team in solution technicaldesign implementation andsupport.
• Workwith the project team in completing all relevant and requireddocumentation in alignment with OPSstandards.

Deliverables :

• Creationof technical specifications for Azure SQL and Oracle databasesystemsdevelopment
• Designimplement and work with the project team in completing all relevantand required documentation in alignment with OPSstandards
• Undertakespecial assignments / subprojects asassigned
• Conductassess evaluate and document stakeholder interests and businessneeds
• Createand validate business scenarios and usecases
• Producevisual depiction of use cases and process flows; ensure alignmentwith the program area and associated business architecture as wellas traceability to solution logical and physicalarchitectures
• Createreview provide input and support of Enterprise Architectureartifacts for all checkpoints asrequired
• Createsystem and user interface design and modifications (data &screen) asrequired
• Reviewall test scenarios to ensure the requirements are met; establishtraceability matrix to monitoroutput
• Ensurealignment and adherence to Ministry of Government Servicesprocesses andstandards
• Supportthe testing team during system and UATtesting
• Participatein Knowledgetransfer

MandatoryRequirements :

• Atleast 10 years ofexperience
• Experiencein database replication / RealTime data delivery with either MSSQLor Oracle products (5years)

TechnicalSkills :

• OracleExadata Golden Gate MSSQL Azure SQL technical knowledge andexperience.
• Demonstratedexperience in modifying database structures using informationprovided by applicationdevelopers
• Demonstratedexperience with monitoring optimizing and performance tuning usingeither manual or automatedtools
• Ableto develop and interpret highly complex SQL to support queries andprovide feedback fordevelopers.
