What You Bring The following qualifications are important to be successful in the role :
- 5+ years’ experience in project management
- Experience leading a Real Estate / Office Relocation Project is required
- Prior experience leading large-scale core technology platform transformations
- Project Management Professional (PMP) designation preferred
- You have a disciplined and consistent approach to project management, getting the small things right while keeping the bigger picture in view
- You are known for building successful relationships at all levels
- You have a passion for project management and a demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices
- You are a critical thinker with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources and summarize effectively
- You can lead teams through challenging times and are seen as a trusted facilitator for addressing conflict
- You have a disciplined approach to problem solving and know how to lead a group through difficult decisions
- You have experience leading complex projects from initial concept through to implementation and are skilled at providing leadership and guidance to project stakeholders at all levels
- Your oral and written communication skills are outstanding
- You effectively utilize your network of industry contacts to gain valuable insights
- You contribute to the development of strategic plans

The base salary range for this position is $85,000 120,000 plus a competitive performance bonus. Compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
