Job Title : Senior Project Manager / Leader
Contract Duration : 4+ Months
Pay range C$650 - 750 / Day
Work Type : Hybrid, 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Description :
Are you a seasoned project manager with a passion for delivering innovative solutions? Our client is seeking a dynamic Senior Project Manager / Leader to join our team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving the successful implementation of critical infrastructure and network projects.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Expertise : Demonstrate deep knowledge of 9-1-1 technologies and their applications.
- Project Leadership : Lead and manage project teams, ensuring deliverables meet business needs and standards.
- Large-Scale Projects : Experience managing complex infrastructure and network projects.
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and end users.
- Risk Management : Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project success.
- Best Practices : Promote I&IT project management best practices and adherence to standard methodologies.
- Reporting : Provide regular project, program, and portfolio reports to senior executives.
- Team Building : Source, select, and onboard team members, clarify roles, and set expectations.
Qualifications :
Technical Experience :
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Linux, Windows servers, networking technologies, security systems, and emerging technologies.
- Experience with systems analysis, design, testing, and implementation.
- Understanding of Interoperability requirements and Canadian NENA i3 principles.
Project and Leadership Management Skills :
- Experience with Agile / Scrum / DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and leading technical teams.
- Strong project management skills and experience with project management software.
- Vendor management and relationship-building experience.
Communication / Soft Skills :
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong change management and expectation management skills.
- Experience leading and motivating project teams.
