Administrative Assistant
Do you have strong administrative skills and are interested in dipping your toes into other office functions? Step into this wonderful full-time permanent opening based in the heart of downtown Vancouver.
In this administrative role, you will greet guests at reception, support with light bookkeeping and assist with general office upkeep.

What You’ll Do
- Answer and direct calls and greet in-person guests with a smile
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, replenish supplies as needed
- Generate reports and maintain filing systems
- Assist with event planning and organize travel arrangements
- Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
- Complete expense reports
- Organize invoices and assist with audits
- Coordinate IT support including managing access authorization
- Provide general administrative support to the legal department
What You Bring
- 2-3 years of strong administrative experience
- Experience in the legal field is an asset
- Superior computer skills and proficiency in MS Office (Word, Outlook & Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- A customer service approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
