Overview
We are hiring a Marketing Director to lead and own the strategy for a three-year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals and Culinary.
A change leader and influencer, this person will build a strategic vision, set the agenda, have oversight of the innovation launch calendar and lead best in class cross functional alignment.

Responsibilities
- Oversee Innovation launch calendar and ensure support and alignment from cross functional partners including National, regional, channel and customer specific innovations.
- Lead strategy and execution for three year pipeline of innovation for all brands within Meals & culinary partnering with Foodservice Vend partners to create brand experiences in new channels
- Lead whitespace development for strategy and innovation for On the Go consumption and Macrosnacks
- Coach, motivate and develop a marketing team of 3, while having strong dotted line managerial linkage to cross functional partners.
- Play Innovation lead role on the PFC MLT (Marketing Leadership Team), PFC ILT (Innovation Leadership Team and Growth Council
Qualifications
- Undergraduate / Graduate Degree (Business / Marketing degree preferred)
- Expert in simplifying complexity no matter the level of ambiguity, incl. the development of strategies that are executable by cross functional partners
- 5+ years demonstrated people leadership and proven track record of coaching & developing
