- Reportingto Director of People and Talent
- HRGeneralist and the Administrative Assistant will be supporting thisrole
- Managingpayroll administration and collaborating with finance on payrollexecution
- Managingand enhancing employee engagement and recognition
- Leadingperformance initiatives and ongoing performance reviews
- Overseeingand refining employee standards policies and procedures usingexisting HR systems as well as improved or recommended processes
- Managingthe Lattice People Management software to ensure information is upto date and organized
- Overseeinghealth & safety HR compliance and employee benefitsadministration including compensation health insurance expensereimbursement and vacations
- Managingand enhancing training and development programs
- Stayingup to date with compliance including employment laws andregulations
- Enhancingpeople and culture strategies with a focus on diversity andinclusion
- Managingperformance metrics and providing necessary feedback
- Leadingwith a focus on quality transparency transparency collaboration andinnovation
Requirements
- 23years of managerial experience
- Experienceworking in a high growth startup environment
- TalentAcquisition experience is an asset
- Youare able to bring new ideas to the table
- Strongcommunicator with the ability to be solutionsoriented
- Youthrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment
- Youare a relationship builder
- Abilityto think outside of the box and create proactive strategies

- Youare located in the Greater Toronto Area

- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a relatedfield
