Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, maintenance, and enhancement of our marketing tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with the team to assess and implement platforms that drive marketing efficiencies and support continuous improvement.
- Ensure smooth integration and flow of data between internal and external marketing platforms.
- Develop and execute data integration plans to automate and unify diverse datasets, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
- Implement data quality checks and validation procedures to maintain the integrity and reliability of integrated data. Monitor data pipelines for errors or inconsistencies and address issues as they arise.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (e.g., CASL, PIPEDA, Quebec’s Bill 25) and best practices for data security.
Work with IT to conduct regular audits of data integration processes, emphasizing accuracy and security.
Establish policies and procedures for managing integrated data assets, define roles and responsibilities for data ownership, and set quality standards.
Create documentation for data integration workflows.
- Coordinate data-related initiatives with internal departments, Mitsubishi distributors, and business partners (including tech partners and media vendors) to maintain the health of data platforms and lead management processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation within the marketing function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience managing comprehensive marketing technology stacks.
- Strong B2C tech marketing experience, with expertise in data integration and proficiency in Salesforce Data Cloud, Google Cloud Platform, Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), CMS, and social media platforms (Google, Meta).
- Solid understanding of database structures, data hygiene, analytics, and attribution.
- Proven experience in governing large marketing automation platforms.
- Relevant certifications in marketing technology or related fields are a plus.
