Project Manager - High-rise Forming - GTA
- The project manager will be responsible for managing the Forming stages of one or more major High-rise residential or commercial builds within the GTA
- Monitor project performance, schedule, costs, equipment, manpower, materials, safety and environment and quality controls
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with the project teams, trade contractors, architects, consultants and clients.
- Project planning and execution
- Manage project meetings.
- Mentor, coach, supervise and assess performance of direct reports and team members.
- Assist in securing new work by participating in estimates, working with sub-contractors and participate in proposals and presentation.
- Any other reasonable responsibilities required during the duration of the project(s)

Project Manager - High-rise Forming - GTA
- 4+ years Construction Project Management experience
- 2+ years Concrete Forming experience
- High-rise construction experience
- People management experience (trades, Junior Project Managers, Project Co-ordinators etc)
- Experience working for a specialist Forming company would be preferable
Project Manager - High-rise Forming - GTA The organisation is a major construction group with several specialised arms including a Shoring and Forming Arm.
They operate across Canada and specialise in major High value Residential and Commercial new build projects, often for some of Canada's biggest Developers.
A basic salary of up to $155,000 (depending upon experience)
