I am looking for a payables and receivables specialist for my client, a large international distribution group. This is a permanent position in hybrid mode.
Job specification : Receivable
Receivable
- Collection of customer deposits (checks, direct deposit, bank transfer and credit card) in different currencies
- Reconciliation of deposits between the accounting system and the bank
- Monitoring of sending of invoicing
Payable
- Enter payable invoices into the accounting system
- Verification of account statements
- Resolution of discrepancies between invoices and the accounting systemJob description :

Profile :
- Hold a DEC in accounting
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in accounting (including accounts payable and receivable)
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Bilingual
- Analytic
- Multi-currency experience
