Position : Finance Director Location : Montreal Our client, a large privately-held and stable company located in Chabanel is looking for a hands-on and strategic Director of Finance. Reporting to the President, you will have the following responsibilities : - Assist Management in strategic decision-making and participate in the executive committee - Analyze business unit performance - Supervise a team of 5 people - Review and finalize the financial statements - Be responsible for the implementation of an ERP system - Oversee operations and deal with multiple department heads, including Sales - Be responsible for costing as well as operation costs - Prepare budgets and analyze financial reports - Build and maintain relationships with the banks - Set KPIs What you need to succeed in this role : - CPA title - Great leadership and management skills - Strong operational background - Experience in distribution or import, working with Costco, Walmart, and other large retailers - Autonomy and dynamic personality - Good organizational skills and global vision of the business - Excellent office management skills - Experience in development and strategy Please send your resume as a Word document to Milene Rizcalla at mrizcalla@quantum.ca.
