Position : Finance Director Location : Montreal Our client, a large privately-held and stable company located in Chabanel is looking for a hands-on and strategic Director of Finance. If you are strong at building processes and financial reporting, then read on… The company is looking for someone with experience dealing with large customers like Walmart, Costco and more. Reporting to the President, you will have the following responsibilities : - Assist Management in strategic decision-making and participate in the executive committee - Analyze business unit performance - Supervise a team of 5 people - Review and finalize the financial statements - Be responsible for the implementation of an ERP system - Oversee operations and deal with multiple department heads, including Sales - Be responsible for costing as well as operation costs - Prepare budgets and analyze financial reports - Build and maintain relationships with the banks - Set KPIs What you need to succeed in this role : - CPA title - Great leadership and management skills - Strong operational background - Experience in distribution or import, working with Costco, Walmart, and other large retailers - Autonomy and dynamic personality - Good organizational skills and global vision of the business - Excellent office management skills - Experience in development and strategy Please send your resume as a Word document to Milene Rizcalla at mrizcalla@quantum.ca.
