Position : Collection Specialist and Receivables

Shift : Hybrid schedule with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

Western accounts- 10-6 / 11 to 7 schedule

Salary : Competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $65,000 based on experience

Location : Ville Saint-Laurent

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility for managing a portfolio of Western customer accounts
• Conduct weekly analyses of payment arrangements and investigate unpaid invoices and deductions.
• Resolve payment discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Document daily activities in the company's system.
• Ensure compliance with credit limits and manage outstanding orders.
• Respond to external and internal customer account inquiries.
• Prepare documentation related to deductions and perform other related tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate at least 3 years of experience in a credit / commercial collections (B2B) environment.
• Exhibit excellent bilingualism in English and French (speaking and writing).
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and ideally Maestro.
• Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, as well as customer service orientation.
• Demonstrate analytical and organizational skills, along with attention to detail.
• Be able to adapt to a changing working environment.
