Financial Accountant - International
Purpose of the Role :
To provide commercial finance support to the International Platform as the Group, particularly the Platform is undergoing significant growth for foreseeable future.
Qualifications & Experience :
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
- Experience in financial reporting and exposure to IFRS
- Knowledge of controls. Experience on controls and remediation / audit is advantageous
- Excellent excel skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and sustain good working relationships with internal and external clients.
- Experience within the Insurance Industry, with an understanding / aptitude of international operations is advantageous

- Ability to work independently or within a team depending on the circumstance.
- Good knowledge of controls.
- Adaptive to change and promote change within the relevant sub-platform.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to adapt approach, think on your feet, and have a can-do mentality
- Robust and pragmatic, with the ability to manage conflicting demands across several areas.
- Ability to work under pressure when necessary.
