Our services include HR technology assessments, process design & transformation, vendor assessment & selection, target operating models' definition, HCM implementation, and post-implementation optimization.

We are looking for a Dayforce Senior Consultant to join our rapidly growing Digital Workforce Transformation practice across Canada (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa, Halifax, Vancouver, Calgary).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of talented consultants to successfully deliver Dayforce HCM solutions to our
• clients.
• Oversee project implementation, manage client relationships, and drive business growth by
• ensuring that our Dayforce engagements meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs, design solutions, and deliver
• high-impact Dayforce configurations.
• Provide expertise and support to the Dayforce functional team.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Dayforce capabilities, features and updates.
• Provide thought leadership in the HCM space and on Dayforce leading practices.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex change concepts specifically within HR
• technology and implementation.
• Deliver quality services. Value and model excellent client service by establishing goals and
• implementation plans to achieve a high-quality deliverable and within expected timeframes. Monitor progress, manage risk, and confirm key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client management. Focus on deliverables and client business priorities.

Manage expectations of service. Understand the client's industry and recognize key performance drivers and business trends.

• Demonstrate high levels of technical and professional knowledge and quickly assimilate new knowledge. Keep up to date with current developments and trends in advisory services capabilities and industry knowledge.
• Generate new business opportunities. Understand EY and its service lines and actively assess / present ways to serve clients.

Develop long-term client relationships and networks. Develop relationships with other EY team members across all practices to serve client needs.

• Flexibility and ability to travel; willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs; travel
• is estimated at 30%

To qualify candidate must have :

• Bachelor's or master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HCM implementation with a proven track record of
• leading successful Dayforce implementations.
• Project management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - being able to clearly define or clarify problems,
• determine appropriate solutions and tailoring to client needs.
• Business analytical skills - making observations, anticipating client and management needs or expectations.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High level of motivation and a self-starting attitude
• Ability to think outside of the box, thrive on new challenges.
• Strong work ethic
• Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
