Adecco is currently hiring temporary, full-time dynamic Counterbalance Operators for our client in Oakville, ON. This position requires experience with a counterbalance machine.
This is a fast-paced environment in a warehouse setting working and driving.

- Pay rate : $21 / hour
- Location : Oakville, ON
- Shifts : 8 : 30 am -5 : 00 pm

Forklift Operator Job Duties :
- Responsible for moving materials within warehouse.
- Perform a variety of physically demanding duties, such as manually loading and unloading goods.
- Follows all company safety, security, and housekeeping protocols.
- Loading trucks, offload trucks and able to operate a slip sheet to unload containers
- Must be comfortable driving and working in a fast-paced environment
Forklift Operator Requirements :
- Valid counterbalance forklift Certification.
- At least 1year experience of operating counterbalance forklifts in a warehouse environment
- Must possess previous warehouse experience and be comfortable with general labour including case picking, palletizing product
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Experience with slip sheet is an asset
- High energy, and ability to follow processes
- Strong communication skills to interact with staff and outside drivers in dispatch,
- Must be able to work independently
- Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
