Working with the sales team and other departments, the candidate will perform the following tasks :
- Manage and enter data from new parts orders into the manufacturing software;
- Prepare customs documents for international deliveries;
- Carry out invoicing for parts orders and shipped product;
- Compile statistical reports weekly , monthly, and annual;
- Prepare and distribute customer production lists according to their respective needs;
- Assist in the preparation of customer purchase orders for production;
- Analyze customer orders, materials inventory, production lists and purchasing needs;
- Write and prepare the sending of various communication documents for our customers;
- Greet customers, suppliers and carriers at the company reception;
- Ensure reception of telephone calls and distribute calls according to customer needs;
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers, suppliers and team members;
- Manage customer files and all other related tasks.

- Post-secondary training in administration or secretarial work preferred, or a sufficient combination of training and experience;
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position;
- Work experience in a manufacturing environment an asset;
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;
- Autonomy, rigour and excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good organizational skills;
- Works well in a team with a positive attitude;
- Fluency in French and English is REQUIRED, both oral and written.
